The LAMP support group is a Christian homeschooling organization serving families in the Murray-Calloway County area of western Kentucky.  You will find us to be a source of support and information for families in the Murray-Calloway County area. 

While we pride ourselves in being a wholesome, Christian group, we honor and respect the diversity of homeschoolers. LAMP welcomes new and experienced homeschoolers who desire to meet with others to enjoy the many activities sponsored by LAMP and its member families.

LAMP is volunteer-driven with simple requirements for membership which include annual dues, as well as volunteer participation in at least one activity during the school year.  For more information regarding membership, please go to Membership.

Our online groups are the primary way we communicate with other homeschool families in our area. 

Lake Area Homeschoolers is open to all homeschoolers in the Western Kentucky Lakes Region which also includes northern Tennessee.  There is also a private yahoo group for LAMP members only.  If you wish to join the LAMP members group, please send a request through our Contact link on the left. 

Skill and Quill is open to all students (and their parents) who wish to share essays, poems, stories and other freelance work.  Students of all ages are welcome to participate.

LAMP Debate is open to those involved, or wishing to be involved, with the LAMP Debate Club.  Discussion usually revolves around debate topics, club meetings and upcoming events.  Use the appropriate links below to join us online!
