Since our class will start a little later and we will have less time, we will not be having a snack during class for the preschool/K group. However, I will be planning on sending home a little goody/activity bag after each
meeting. If you are a parent for this class, please email me if you want to help put together bags/donate items for the bags. At most last semester there were about 10 to 12 students in the class.
You can still come to the Preschool/Literature Club even if you did not come last semester. I will just need to
know if you are coming ahead of time, so that I can prepare enough craft items/handouts/goody bags for the children.
We will be having a Show/Tell/Sharing time again, so have your child bring a
quiet item to share if he/she wants to.

Debate Club
The LAMP debate club is entering their second year and open to all interested prospective debaters. Experience is not necessary, but simply a desire to learn. The group follows the team policy debate format for most debates. Judges from the community, that are experienced in debate or willing to work with our students have volunteered their time to direct our students. Debate is a great way to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and research skills. All interested middle and high school aged homeschool students and their parents are welcome to attend. Students may actively participate, or simply observe and learn.
