The coffee house event is a chance for homeschooled students to show off their talents and accomplishments.  In the past the performances have included musical instruments, singing, skits, and poetry recitation. There will also be tables available for displays of art projects, crafts, lapbooks, etc.  Anything that your homeschooled child has completed and would like to share with the group is acceptable so long as it meets the guideline of being appropriate for our family friendly audience- a Christian group with young children in attendance.    

How to allow your student to participate in the Coffee House: Please email the designated Coordinator with the information regarding your participation (name of student and the type of performance/display) so that it may be included on the evening's program.  The suggested time for performances is 5 minutes or less to allow time to for all students to participate, but exceptions can be made as needed. Who is invited? This event is open all LAMP homeschool families, their friends, and community families interested in learning more about LAMP and/or homeschooling. What to bring: A "tidy" finger food (cookies, small sandwiches, chips, veggies, etc.) and a drink to share with the group.  Coffee, water and lemonade provided. We hope to see you there!
