Membership

Annual dues for each family is only $10 due at the begining of the school year.  Please download the membership application below and return with payment to the address on the form.

LAMP asks that all members be active participants and help in at least one of many opportunities which benefit the group and the functions of LAMP.  Volunteer positions will be posted at the Back to School Kick-Off at  the pavilion at Chestnut Park on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00pm.

LAMP MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

1.  Students may not be dropped off at any LAMP event, unless specifically requested or authorized by the organizer of the event.  Parents are expected to stay with their children unless other arrangements have been made with the LAMP member in charge of the event. 

2.  Students with fever or other symptoms of illness should not participate in LAMP activities.  Please use your best judgment to prevent spread of illness to other students. 

3.  All participants in LAMP events, field trips, and outings are expected to refrain from the use of alcohol, tobacco, and profanity while participating in the event or on the premises of the event.

4.  All field trips, events, and outings will strictly abide by the rules and guidelines of the hosting venue.

5.  All members will volunteer to assist with or plan one event during this school year.
